What is this RRR 30 Day Challenge? This challenge is for you, the one who transitions from one sport to the next. It’s important to give our bodies the time to rest, relax and recover. To pause, reflect and treat ourselves.

In this 30 day challenge, it is up to you to do at least one Rest, Relax or Recover technique. This can be from no cost to splurging a little on yourself. However you see fit.

Some ideas on how you can practice the RRR are:

  1. 1 minute breath exercises

  2. Meditation

  3. Epsom salt / bath bomb baths

  4. Massages

  5. Acupuncture

  6. Physio

  7. Yoga

  8. Reading a book, etc

The idea is to practice at least one thing for yourself every day.

How will I support you?

I will be sending you a calendar of some ideas on what you can do to make the most of your 30 day challenge on November 1st.

I will send weekly notes to check in, to see how you are doing.

I provide some tips, tools and resources on how you can support your nervous system during this time of relaxation and recovery.

How can you win the ultimate care package?
